AxxonSoft at ISAF and Securexpo East Africa

10/08/2015

In September, AxxonSoft took part in the following events: ISAF (Istanbul, Turkey) and Securexpo East Africa (Nairobi, Kenya).

ISAF is a prominent annual regional event for the security industry. Having participated in the event previously, AxxonSoft continued the tradition this year as well, taking its place among the largest vendors, software developers, and systems integrators in the Turkey/Middle East market.

«We strengthened our existing relationships and found points of contact with prospective clients. We are committed to the Turkish market, which is a keystone for AxxonSoft in the Middle East. Major public-sector and commercial projects involving AxxonSoft software are underway and will be brought online soon»,

– Yuri Akhmetov, Director for Business Development (Middle East), AxxonSoft.

Right after ISAF, AxxonSoft headed to Securexpo East Africa. The choice of Kenya as the host country for such a major and well-attended event is no surprise: the country is one of the most developed in sub-Saharan Africa, in terms of both socioeconomic and technological development. AxxonSoft's presence was a joint effort by AxxonSoft Sub-Saharan Africa with AxxonSoft MENA.

Another highlight at the exhibitions consisted of demonstrations of the Axxon VMS video management software (VMS) and Axxon PSIM, which allows tailoring advanced solutions for the needs of diverse and complex sites. Stand visitors were impressed by the Intellect-based add-on solutions: Auto PSIM for road safety and traffic violation monitoring, POS PSIM for monitoring of point-of-sale transactions, and Face PSIM for facial recognition. At the exhibitions AxxonSoft was the only software developer to showcase its own products at its own stand. This helped to drive attention, not only on the part of end users, but also of hardware manufacturers, systems installers and integrators, and distributors.

Both events were exciting for participants and visitors, offering a wealth of knowledge and useful contacts on local markets.
