AxxonSoft took part in Shopping Center Forum, the largest industry event for retailers in Poland
There is a growing understanding that one of the keys to profitability in retail is a potent security system. This is true for mom-and-pop stores and vital for supermarkets and large shopping malls. For this very reason presentations of new security technologies in anti-shoplifting, digital video and point-of-sale systems make up an integral part of every trade fair for retailers. The Shopping Center Forum this year attracted a huge number of retailers and developers of shopping centers to Warsaw on September 18 - 19.
AxxonSoft solutions for retail were showcased at the booth of its long-standing technology partner - Axis Communications, one of the world market leaders for IP cameras.
The pairing of Axis cameras and AxxonSoft software is one used for several years now. Their custom solution for retail, Axis & AxxonSoft Retail Solution, was designed in 2012. Since then, both companies have booked numerous successful deployments at diverse sites around the world.
At this event, AxxonSoft demonstrated its flagship product, Axxon PSIM platform, and POS PSIM, a bestselling solution for video surveillance at point-of-sale terminals.
The forum offered a perfect setting and receptive atmosphere for networking and meeting prospects and end-users. All visitors to the booth, were impressed by the feature set of Axxon's products. Axxon PSIM platform was the focal point of the exhibition with its flexible event-driven response scenarios and multiple third-party integrations.
Worthy of particular mention is that the state-of-the-art quality of Axis cameras and seamless integration with AxxonSoft software make it possible to not only cut losses and prevent theft but also monitor consumer behavior.
Building up on the success at the trade fair, AxxonSoft and Axis agreed on bolstering their marketing activities in the Eastern Europe. Last but not least, in the aftermath of the event, AxxonSoft will be opening a branch office in Poland.
